End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) governs your use of the Kredmark software and applications (the “Software”), and supplements our Terms of Service. If there is a conflict, the Terms of Service control.
1. License grant
Subject to your compliance with this EULA and the Terms, Kredmark grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Software solely to use the Service for your own professional and personal purposes.
2. Restrictions
- You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or sublicense the Software.
- You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except to the extent applicable law expressly permits.
- You may not remove or alter any proprietary notices, or use the Software to build a competing product.
- You may not use the Software other than as permitted by the Terms and the Acceptable Use Policy.
3. Ownership
The Software is licensed, not sold. Kredmark and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights.
4. Updates
We may provide updates, which are covered by this EULA unless accompanied by separate terms. The Software may stop functioning if not updated.
5. Disclaimer & liability
The Software is provided “as is,” and the warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability in the Terms of Service apply equally to this EULA.
6. Termination
This license terminates automatically if you breach it or stop using the Service. On termination, you must cease using the Software.
