Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to everyone who uses Kredmark (the “Service”) and is incorporated into our Terms of Service. You agree not to:
- Submit false, forged, altered, or misleading credentials or information, or misrepresent your licensure or certification status.
- Impersonate any person or entity, or create a profile for someone else without authorization.
- Upload documents, images, or credentials that are not your own or that you do not have the right to upload and display.
- Upload content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or that contains another person’s private or sensitive information without authorization.
- Use the Service to harass, defraud, or deceive others, or to imply an official endorsement, accreditation, or affiliation that does not exist.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems; probe or test vulnerabilities without permission; or interfere with or disrupt the Service.
- Scrape, harvest, or bulk-collect data from the Service or other users’ profiles except as expressly permitted.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, except to the extent permitted by law.
- Use the Service to send spam, or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without our written permission.
We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Policy, and may report unlawful activity to authorities. Report abuse to support@kredmark.com.
